When our dock was crippled during hurricane Milton, Docks of Orlando came out immediately to assess the damage. They went above and beyond to restore everything quickly to mint condition. And what's more, they suggested improvements and made them free of charge. An awesome group of people who are both professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

While they were there, they noticed a tree that had fallen due to a hurricane and offered to clean it up at a discounted rate. Their reliability and excellent communication throughout the process were impressive. On top of that, their pricing was very affordable. They really went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I will definitely be using Docks of Orlando again in the future. !

Docks of Orlando is by far the best dock builder in FL. The owners Jon and Paula helped to guide us designing our dream dock. If you are shopping around for a high quality dock or deck at a great price stop searching. I have already done the research for you. Paula helped us with choosing the color of the deck and we couldn’t be more pleased that she convinced us to change our minds. Jon and his crew are honest and pleasant to work with. It is so nice to have finally found a contractor that is proud of their art and stands behind their work.

I met with 5 different docks companies and decided to go with Docks of Orlando because they really, truly care about the quality of my dock. John and Paula have worked diligently through every detail of a difficult permitting process and truly cared about what’s best for me and my family rather than making a quick buck. With the passion and time they spent, it is as if they were building their own dock. We had a phenomenal experience with Docks of Orlando!! Jon and his team are a bunch of rockstars! He looked at the project as if it was his own home, and had a lot of make sense suggestions I hadn’t considered or thought about. He underpromised and overdelivered in every aspect! They had a lot of great design suggestions geared towards the lifestyle we were trying to achieve, they gave 3 quotes which I greatly appreciated (using lower grade, mid grade, and expensive grade materials) so I could choose where to stay in budget and get the desired look (and brought samples of everything in so we could actually see and feel everything in person,) they were communicative during the entire permit process of where we were and what to expect next (3 months long for Orange County,) when it was time to build the dock they had meticulous attention to detail and still completed in under 3 weeks, and they were even great with our 3.5 year old that eagerly wanted to help! We shopped around with two other prominent dock builders in the area. In both experiences it felt very transactional where they build it how they build it, and everything was a nickel and dime up sell. Jon was the only one that actually asked what kind of boat we were looking at and what type of lifestyle we wanted to achieve before getting into anything else. Please get a quote from these guys!! They live and breath this lifestyle, are true masters of their craft and you won’t regret it!
