New construction starts from scratch — assessment, design, permitting, and building the full structure. Renovation works with a dock that's structurally sound but needs resurfacing, new railings, lighting, or modern features. We'll inspect your existing dock and tell you honestly which path makes sense.
Yes. We handle structural repairs, storm-damage restoration, board and piling replacement, and stabilization. If your dock was damaged in a storm or feels unstable, start with an inspection so we can tell you what can be repaired and what needs replacing.
It depends on your budget, how much maintenance you want to do, and how you use the dock. Wood is traditional and cost-effective; composite costs more up front but resists rot, splintering, and staining with very little upkeep. We walk through the trade-offs on our Materials & Options page and in person.
In most cases, yes. We assess your dock's structure, your boat's weight, and your waterway to size the lift correctly. Installation includes mounting, electrical coordination, and a walkthrough of safe operation.
